Given that his assertion matches that of a random friend of mine— who I’ll be happy to ask, but i might not see again that soon— it seems reasonable to assume he’s correct, doesn’t it?

In the future, if you think the information you’re linking to isn’t correct, maybe you shouldn’t link to it?

So… you just accept this as fact, relate it to me as fact, argue that it is fact… but you don’t know for a fact which agencies would turn down this particular birth certificate form as not secure.
