It’s The Nation, which a left-wing magazine. They’d be inclined to run with something slamming FOX, even with questionable sources. Again, I say “Wait and See”. Fox News should not be regarded as guilty of any crimes without evidence. That evidence may well emerge, but we should wait till it does.
