I had Ethiopian food not too long ago. I liked it a lot. Up next are the Argentinian and Colombian restaurants by my house, and the Russian restaurant by my office.
Ethiopian’s good. That sponge bread will fill you up though. I haven’t tried Argentine, Colombian, or Russian ever. I hear Argentina has some really good Italian influenced dishes and good steaks as well since the grazing land is some of the best.
