Back to New Orleans for a moment. I never saw so many boob flashers at the bars late at night. One funny one was at a pizza by the slice place at 2 AM. A couple of drunk, hot tourists walked in, lifted there shirts and asked if they could get a free slice. The owner said “Girls you’re in New Orleans, you could dance naked on the counter and not get a small coke”
