One theory, and the one I’m hoping for, is that Cohen didn’t make a plea deal which included cooperation because Prosecutors have everything they need and don’t need him to cooperate.

And if indeed he is pleading to the charges about payments to Donnie’s mistresses, this is small potatoes. Get this small catch out of the way and focus on the big catch.
