Maybe sort of but probably not really. They make up a flowchart to scare people with the complexity. You could do the same thing with your auto insurance, your mortgage, how food gets to the grocery store and make it look scary. I wouldn't put too much stock in it other than as a GOP PR campaign.

It's a gov't program. It's accurate.

Dem,Rep, doesn't matter. Bureaucracy has a natural tendency to expand, if it's unhindered.
