That’s exactly the hope and the Permanent Toddler, Shapiro is already planning for Phase 2, if Hillary wins, reject her choice too. I guarantee you if they do this, Hillary will win the Presidency and the Dems will win back the Senate. If they did block a candidate, I would want to sent a message to the Republicans and conservative movement nominate the most liberal qualified candidate for the job that they could find. You want to reject a centrist like Judge Srinivasan or some of the other names that have been floated then you can have someone as liberal in their interpretation of the Constitution as Scalia was conservative.

The entire issue will only backfire: it will demonstrate that they are an obstructionist party that wants to turn back all the progress we have made over the past 50 years in personal freedoms, women’s, LGBT & minority rights, not to mention work safety and environmental legislation.
