If a couple has $10M, they could leave each of their 5 children enough to never have to work another day in their lives.

If they’re leaving more than that, damn straight the kids should have to pay some inheritance tax.

Not so incidentally, the fact that planning can be used to reduce estate tax liability is a problem that should be fixed.
