Actually it's imbalanced due to a large influx of Mexican and S.A. Illegal immigrants, if Iceland were on our Southern Border instead, we'd be complaining about the invasion of the illegal Bjorks.

Actually, there wouldn't be very much to complain about in that scenario, because Iceland has a tiny population with a nearly 100% literacy rate and many Icelanders (perhaps most of them) already have a significant degree of competency in English as a Second Language.

Whereas with Mexico you've got a very large population of potential illegals that is supplemented by immigration into Mexico from other L.A. countries south of it; moreover, many of the immigrants not only speak zero English, but come from the rural peasant class and may not be literate in ANY language, including Spanish.
