So he doesn’t ACTUALLY promise to put a republican in to maintain the balance in the senate.

They SAY they’re appointing Gregg’s ex-chief of staff, Bonnie Newman, and of course we know that the dems NEVER go back on their word, don’t we? Even if they do put her in, she’s another compromising “republican” probably similar to the two Maine repub sens snowe and collins.

OH yeah btw, pinched face/penny McConnell NOW supports the bailout (his version). As I’ve mentioned before, when it came to actual benefits to the WORKERS in this country, he couldn’t be bothered to support extra unemployment funds (a pittance compared to what they’re handing out NOW to the rich bastards in the banking and automotive co.’s and with NO accountability) but NOW when the money is going to his buddies he’s all for spending the money. I hope this sour-face lemon-pursed lip dick shrivels up and turns into fart dust!
