Did you read the rest of that particular sentence in the DHS reply? They are equating extremism with people who support states’ rights and “reject federal authority over state authority.” The Federal government has overstepped it’s bounds in so many ways we can’t even begin to count.

Makes me wonder, perhaps, if the present admin. and congress are doing their best to push the Constitution-loving Americans to extremes, just so they’ll have an excuse to really bring the hammer down.
