Dostoyevsky wrote lots of stuff, not everything being equally useful.

I’m reading Boswell’s accounts of Johnson, and it’s interesting how it veers between “Wow, Johnson’s saying some brilliant shit here” and “Wow, Johnson’s talking some shit here”.
