Chuck was one of the biggest organizers of the smear campaign, so I think it’s fair to say he was instrumental in keeping the money from getting to the Rice family.

But I also agree Shaun King should have cleared this with the family first.

Upchuck himself claims credit for getting the money put into the estate fund—which, the way I’m reading it, was a big problem—allowing the sleazy lawyers to access it rather than the family.

Do I have it right or am I missing something?
