Plessy v Furgeson was not overturned by Brown v Board of Education. (Separate but equal was banned for schools, but the overarching idea of segregation was not overturned in that decision.)

German-Americans were not rounded up and put into internment camps like the Japanese-Americans. Because, ya know, they were white.
