So seriously, what would Wray’s departure ( voluntary or not ) really accomplish? It would embarrass the Trump Admin, to be sure; if this disgraceful buffoon-circus was even capable of embarrassment- but wouldn’t it be likely that Trump would simply nominate some even worse hack/toady: for whom killing off any and all investigation into the Administration’s wrongdoing would be Job One?

How would the GOP react if the entire FBI quit?
