Leave the Senate the way it is, and if we’re really stuck for-fucking-ever with 435 members in the House (How that happened I’ll never know), then proportion votes accordingly. Each one of Wyoming’s Senators gets one vote, each one of California’s gets 53 (in the extreme cases).

That’s not going to happen without a Constitutional Amendment, which means its not going to happen.
