I don’t think he cares at all. I can not imagine what the 9/11 families must be feeling about him halting the tribunals on the USS Cole and 9/11 terrorists. What a horrible message Obama is sending to the terrorists around the world…….

How he can look those families in the eye and justify these actions is beyond me.
