Here’s another thing that I thought about since Lidane brought up that Nazi propaganda film. I think the Nazis would have definitely used it to inflame people even more against the Jewish people. “Look at those evil Jews firing on our brave soldiers.”

Remember those evil Belgian civilians firing on German soldiers who were just peacefully marching through in September, 1914…
