Also, when I was in college, we had an entire discussion over whether it’s cola, soda, or coke. In Texas, where I grew up, it was coke - “Would you like a coke?” “Sure.” “What kind?” “Dr Pepper.” - but I’ve change from that to soda, even though I’m still in Texas.

It’s always been soda for me, but pop is acceptable. coke is just dumb, when I first heard there were places where all soda was called coke it made me think of the movie Demolition Man where all restaurants are taco bell.

If you want an actual coke, do you have to order a Coke coke?
