Get a brick. Wrap it in brown paper and tape it tight. Tape the envelope to the brick. Drop it in a mailbox. If it’s a letter targeted to a zip code, give your neighbors bricks, paper, and tape. This will cost a campaign hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars.

Would the USPS really process something like that?
