True. Since Area 51 and our less well known facility under the Denver airport are Department of Defense installations, it is the Secretary of Defense, through the classified Office of ET relations, who is in charge of all relations with our ET guests, including bailing them out when they run afoul of the law.

While we’re at it, I’m glad we air-locked that fool Jar Jar Binks before he could audition for another movie. He nearly gave away the whole thing.
