Oh my. My grandpas buddy survived the Bataan Death March. I saw him after my first cruise in ‘80 and he talked a little. Horrifying doesn’t come close.

He doesn’t like to talk about it very much, if at all. Suffice to say, from what he HAS told me, that as a child he saw adult Chinese males being used for bayonet practice, among other things.
