Yup, shouldn’t matter if it’s Texas, California, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, or any other American land.

We’re Americans, we shouldn’t be trading aid on who voted for whom or what area of the nation the place is in.

And that really is one of the biggest differences between the two parties.
