Because they are not interested in religion, they are interested in political power.

Ever since the brigade of Jerry Falwell, they have been interested in seizing power in the name of religion.

Where are the cadres of Christians calling them out on this? The huge number of Christians proclaiming that it is a political philosophy and not a religious one? (It’s Okay if You’re a Republican and Christian, but not a Muslim.)

Christian Dominionists want a theocratic government every bit as much as ISIS does, and Christian churches do not call them out on it. They are (as far as I am concerned) fifth columnists for a theocratic state, virtually every Christian denomination.

If they do not stand up to fascism and dominionism, then they are tacit supporters. That is every last Christian denomination.

Tell me of one who opposes Trump and the dominionists. Name one that has made a public statement denouncing subverting the government in the name of Christianity. I’ll wait.

I would imagine that Unitarian Universalists have said something about it.
