True. Part of the reason they succeed is that the “do one thing” specialization keeps there from being too many fingers in the pie. Thus the project has to succeed on its own merits, which motivates those involved with it to manage it right. Failures still happen (there are no guarantees the idea will work, after all) but you’re right that such projects have a good shot.
