It’s pretty clear now that MSNBC doesn’t know who their demographic really is.

So get a clue, MSNBC. It’s not the rightwing. Yet you allow them to control what you do and say while they’re making racist remarks all over the intertubes (and elsewhere) about interracial dating and marriage?

They know. This is all about stirring up outrage, twitter buzz and getting their name out there. The Cheerios story is well over a year old (maybe two) and it was old when it became an outrageous outrage. MSNBC is just trying to get a reaction out of wingnuts and retweeted an old story (I guess because they couldn’t find a newer one). Wingnuts freak out. Everybody involved looks like an idiot but it gets them recognition and media buzz. The apology is meaningless and only adds fuel for online discussion and criticism.
