I never got how Southern California expected to survive.
You’d think they’d have desalination plants up and down the coast or be the world’s leader in water reclamation and recycling.
I understand desalination isn’t a good option.
I kinda feel the same way about the Arizona and New Mexico.
Without a source of water of their own, how can deserts be turned into non-deserts for the long term?
