From my final year of high school in 2005-2013, the only exercise I really got was walking to classes and stuff like that. I did no cardio or anything like that and my eating habits were awful. I should have nipped it years ago but is what it is. It has helped with my confidence too.

It does do that. I stand taller when in better shape, and take less nonsense from others.
