Sounds overly optimistic to me: though I agree with her basic theory: a big Democratic turnout and vote-tide in early/absentee balloting is going to need a HUGE GOP advantage in in-person voting to overcome.
And that seems quite the long shot…

Isn’t much early voting in-person voting? In-person on election day is going to be much less common over time, especially among those workers who have limited flexibility in their schedules and would prefer going early instead of discovering that election day doesn’t work for them. Indeed for many of us, we might want to get out as soon as feasible to avoid unanticipated problems.
