That Romney as Biden’s running mate in 2024 business from Dick Morris is a good example of why Morris is regarded as such a clown.

Unfortunately, he’s a clown who’s picked his targets well. Folks elsewhere went full brainworms about Hillary possibly running in ‘24 because the Post reported his comments, and all it took was the mention of the name ‘Clinton’ for them to throw out any sort of critical thinking. And unfortunately, VP Harris is approaching that level of pariahship to many, where mere invocation of their name is enough to send them screaming rightward. It’s the stupidest shit, but so many ostensibly liberal or progressive folks freak the fuck out at either name that they’re willing to agree to anything so long as it keeps the great evil boogeymen away, and it’s both exhausting and impenetrable. I hate it so fucking much.
