Rep. Jim Banks (Wingnut-Indiana) along with several Republican colleagues sent a letter to Joe Biden and the State Department lying about Biden, claiming he wants to “promote atheism worldwide.”

He’s lying about a programme which gives $500,000 to organisations which protect persecuted religious minorities in foreign countries (not the USA). That includes atheists, so he lies to say the programme promotes atheism, not fights persecution.
