You know what’s almost scary? The od WGBH episodes of The French Chef. Why? Because the black and white film seems to have been either kept or restored so well that I swear it looks like it was filmed last week. Crystal clear. I had to check to make sure it wasn’t some fantastic Julia Child impersonator.

WGBH probably has a great space at Newseum.
