OT, but not completely:

Drudge reported that President Obama did not use a Bible when he retook the oath at the White House. So let me see, he and Chief Justice Roberts blew the first ceremony, which did include a Bible, and got the second one right, while not.

So which oath is valid? Both? Neither?

Considering he has no plans to honor the Constitution anyway, what does it matter?
