How else do you explain it? There is no logic to a “photo op” and where was the cameraman in a single seat F-16, flying in AF1s 6 ‘o clock? There is clearly another reason for this circus stunt flyby that nobody thus far has dared question with even a follow-up question.
You mean to tell me that entire departments of the federal government were notified in advance and nobody bothered leaking the info?

1) A LOW LEVEL TASK to get some new AF-1 photos was ordered by a LOW LEVEL person who orders these sort of things.
2) He/they passed the info about the shoot on to other LOW LEVEL dudes in New York and New Jersey, and communications broke down.
3) Pictures was taken, people were scared

now git.
