I wouldn’t believe someone like this if they told me the sky was blue.

I think that the biggest danger of people like this is that they mix just enough truth in with their crazy to make the crazy sound reasonable. It now seems obvious to me after watching this video that he got exactly what he was looking for by this provocative act - air time, to sound cogent to those who are susceptible to his - ohh so reasonable tone and declarations of love for our liberty.

And Fox gave it to him in a place where, Chris Matthews chews him out (for the honor of the fleet) while saying the obligatory, no I get that about the Second Amendment and making the guy seem like less than a total looser.

It is all very well choreographed crazy that makes crazy seem just a little more palatable.

And BTW, the fact that this fellow is not in prison after what he did is the strongest argument against public carry laws I have ever seen.

Honestly, does anyone feel safer in this society knowing that that guy is free to walk around with a loaded weapon - and thinks it is just ducky to take it to a rally that the president will be at with a revolutionary sign?
