That guy is a real piece of work. I think he makes a guy like Bernie from Home Depot look good.

Three quick shorts about him:
1) My FiL was an organizer for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters. John tried to kill him by running him over in front of the county Sheriff. Said Sheriff did nothing about it.
2) He has been known to suppress wages in the area by means of the classic “nice factory. Pity if something happened to it” means.
3) He financed his store expansions via insurance money from a fire that destroyed his first lumber yard shortly after increasing the amount of insurance coverage massively.

I could continue but you get the idea.

There are a large number of people here who will dance a jig on his grave when he goes back to the hell that spawned him.
