This really is going to be a long year.

What makes me really freak is when I extrapolate out from now, to what things will be like if this really peaks in late June, with ~100,000 deaths/day.

For those saying those kinds of numbers are science fiction, well, when we look at predictions of 2.2 million, to get to that level, we’d need 22 days of 100K/day.

What does that actually look like in the U.S.? Basically, all the worst parts of all the dystopian movies.

And that’s not even the worst-worse case, which is 8.8 million deaths.

Christ, I need a drink.
