I know with all the horrible things surrounding Trump, this is very low on the priority list among you folks and all of America, but this snippet from the press conference transcript angers me deeply.

Trump “answering” a question on Russia interfering with the election:

“But Russia and other countries — and other countries, including China, which has taken total advantage of us economically, totally advantage of us in the South China Sea by building their massive fortress, total. Russia, China, Japan, Mexico, all countries will respect us far more, far more than they do under past administrations.”

Why in the world does he want to make Japan out to be a villain? It really worries the heck out me.

Most likely political “red meat” for the elder Trump supporters that probably still believe Japan makes “junk” and sells it in America.

There are still people around that believe that and some may even pass it down through their family and friends.

Add in still lingering WW2 feelings and Japan is still an enemy to many.

Trump most likely believes that himself and figures others buy it.

I know we have a serious problem with this fool having his hand on the controls, but you can’t take anything he says serious itself.
