During the Bush Administration ., I kept hearing how protestors were bravely ‘Speaking truth to Power.”
They had every right to petition their government via demonstrations.
These Tea Party people are not a bunch of fanatics because they are peacefuly protesting. If they criticize Obama, so what? He is a President ,not a Monarch by Divine Rule.

Thank you! Well said. Whenever the libs demonstrate, block freeway offramps or hold up traffic in the streets (I’m in L.A. - I remember that last Hispanic protest when whole city blocks were shut down) - that apparently is speaking the ‘truth to power’. When fed up taxpayers do it peacefully there is a veiled threat to our freedoms.

Of course the media is going to spin this and only report on the few weirdos out there, then flog that to death.
