With support of the US press.

With full support from national propaganda outlets like Fox and now Sinclair.

He is not winning this alone. The takeover of American democracy is not simply Trump’s doing. He is their tool.

In some specific areas (eg tax cuts) you are correct, but generally he is leading them, dragging them even. It’s more a rel8uctant absence of opposition than support.
