Exactly. I definitely would have slipped through the cracks. I have no doubt of that. I think what honestly makes me a little more sensitive to hardship is while my life hasn’t been difficult is I’ve known a little of it.

I did slip through the cracks as a white guy and wound up not going to college. Fortunately despite my disadvantage in reading people, I’m able to earn a good living thanks to computers. It could easily have gone differently.
