Gerrymandering? I don’t follow. The same rules that caused her to lose the nomination in 2008 are the same ones she won with eight years later. Personally, I found her 2008 campaign very off putting. Her surrogates including Bill didn’t talk her up enough and instead focused on slinging mud Obama’s way. She ran a much better campaign in 2016. I just think you need to acknowledge that Obama ran a hell of a campaign to beat her in 2008. The message I got in 2008 from her campaign was more so vote for my resume than vote for me. I got the total opposite in 2016. You know how you have to still come in for an interview after they reveiw your resume? She struggled with that in 2008. Now part of that I blame on poor advisers. Mark Penn was awful but Robby Mock was great.

Ah Mark Penn - the reason I resisted voting Hillary in 2008 (and I was a big Obama fan) - he was just as bad as Jeff Weaver for Bernie. Mark Penn was more racist in some of the tones he used where Jeff Weaver was just a tone deaf jackass.
