“Imbalance” is the usual code word among wingnuts for “Too many brown people, not enough white people” that crops up at the heart of every “issue” they have with immigration. And if you ask them what a proper “balance” looks like, they mumble stuff about “merit” and “America’s needs” when really what they mean is they want immigration exclusively from white-majority countries.
