My personal theory, totally unfounded by any objective facts, is that the really hot documents are buried with Ivana Trump at Bedmisnster, and whenever DT needs access (in order to sell them to the Russians), they just go perform some “maintenance” on the gravesite.

It would be irresponsible not to speculate at this point.
