My inner pessimist tells me that this will be the end of the US Dollar as the World Reserve Currency and once that collapses, the US will lose its ability to finance deficits by selling T-bills and have no choice but to go to war.
Lots of rich countries currencies aren’t “the world reserve currency” and have no problem financing their deficits. As long as the US is a rich country with a freely convertible currency, this isn’t anything to worry about.
