I just have never been a big Smith fan. Maybe it’s the scripts, but I’ve just never thought he did the part justice, and Amy Pond just ruined things for me (a lot of that was also that she was getting ridiculous lines in the script as well). I’d actually like to see them go back to an older doctor for a bit, but I’m guessing the time for that has probably long gone.
