One question—is it even legal for his campaign to transfer funds for this little escapade? Seems shady, but then, we’re talking about Dnar Luap.

Also—he’s talking about charging all presidential candidates a $15,000
filing fee to be part of the caucuses. What was the filing fee for being on the primary ballot going to be?

Good question and one that I have asked already and still waiting to hear an answer.
Usual filing fee in Kentucky for president is $1,000 for the primary and $500 for the general.
The caucus system and filing fees are ridiculous.
