re: #3 PhillyPretzel
I just got my mail in ballot today. I have voted for who I want (so much as one can vote in a closed Primary) and it will be mailed tomorrow morning. And much to my surprise it is in a postage paid envelope. In previous elections one had to pay postage to vote by mail.
That’s key and should be the case everywhere. It seems like a small thing, but I know there would be thousands and thousands of voters who wouldn’t mail it in over lack of easy access to stamps.
