Because it’s pretty much an airtight case, she’s going to lose the trial, most Homicide convictions have a quarter of evidence presented. Since it is a racially motivated murder of 9-year old, they’re pretty much trying to avoid the death penalty.

I understand that, but claiming she’s innocent at the same time helps neither claim. Pick your lie, make sure everyone on your team agrees on it, and stick with it.

Revealing your strategy or strategies before the trial is a bad move IMO. One of the defense’s few advantages is that they don’t have to give the prosecution anything, so why do it?
