My garden is small, only 20x30 ft in raised beds. They are completely covered by bird netting in Summer and plastic in Winter, supported by PVC arches 20 ft across and rising to 6 ft. No birds, squirrels, dogs. The PVC has lasted with negligible repair through 10-15 yrs of Alabama sun.

OOPS—make that 10x60, divided into 120 cells 4 ft x 2 ft, with a 2ft access path down the middle. It’s paid for itself about 2.5 times so far this season.
